From today on, I'lI will start making budget breakdown blogposts. One budget breakdown post per trip.
So today's posts would be about my very recent trip to Cambodia and Vietnam.
Take note that there are 4 different currencies involved in this travel: Philippine Peso (PHP), US Dollar (USD), Cambodian Riel (KHR) and Vietnamese Dong (VND). USD is widely accepted in Cambodia. No need to exchange USD to KHR. You will be given change in USD except for values lesser than 1USD, they'll give you KHR (1USD = 4,000KHR). I will keep my KHR as souvenir.

Some notes:
1. Some expenses are not equally divided among ourselves, i.e., costs of taxi and transpo. If divided equally, actual cost could be lower than the amount stated above.
2. Currency conversions are based on the actual rate I bought them. This certainly will differ depending on the current exchange rate.
3. We preferred comfortable accommodations with aircon and free breakfast. There are a lot more cheaper accommodations that those we booked.
Happy traveling!!! :)
